After my first week of training with Jill I can honestly say that I felt very silly! It wasn’t anything that Jill had said or done, it was the realization that after all the years I had spent training by myself in gyms most of it had been a waste of time. I had been focusing on the wrong exercises for my body shape, not training with enough intensity or resistance that is needed to really change your body. Jill teaches you life-long and life-changing skills in a very friendly yet motivating way. It is hard work but you get results fast which gives you motivation to keep going. For me, having 2 young children, the biggest change was my energy levels. They increased dramatically! - Susie B.
