How Does On-line Training work?

Its really simple.  Click onto this link www.fitnessgenerator.com/jetpt and then click onto "Free Demo" (on the left) which will show give you examples of the animated exercises along with nutrition guides, free tip pages and a whole lot of other info pages to get you where you want to be...fast!

What equipment do I need?

The beauty of Jet is that you don’t have to go and spend a fortune on the latest gym equipment and you don’t have to belong to a gym. To get the best results I recommend at least 1 pair of dumbbells with interchangeable weight discs. My next choice would be to include a fitball. These are readily available from sports stores and are inexpensive. If you already have some other equipment at home eg: bench, multigym etc, then this will add more variety to your exercises. If you do belong to a gym, no problem, your program will be written to suit.

I haven’t done any exercise for a long time will it be a problem?

No. These programs are written to suit your level (from complete beginner to advanced gym-goer) You will be taken through at your pace and level with clear and easy to follow instructions.

How will I know how to do the exercises?

No problems. You will have your own log on I.D. for my Fitness Generator website which has easy to follow animated demonstrations of your individual exercise program, along with a written description and pointers for performing the exercise correctly.

What if there are some foods I don’t like?

No problems. Your eating plan will include lots of food choices so you are not forced to eat foods you don’t like.

Can I drink alcohol on the programs?

If you are on a mission and want great results then not drinking for the period of the program will make a huge difference to your outcome. If not drinking at all is too hard for you then you may want to select it as your treat option.

What if I don’t belong to a gym?

No problems. You do not have to belong to a gym. All exercises can be done in your own home with minimal inexpensive equipment.

I have high blood pressure/dodgy knees etc., can I still do your program?

As with starting any exercise program you will need to seek your doctor’s approval prior to starting the program. Many of my clients have substantially improved their medical conditions by including exercise and healthy eating into their lifestyle. Your exercises will be programmed according to your requirements and Doctor’s recommendations.

How do I pay?

Payment is easy and fast through PayPal a well-known secure payment system.

I work long hours and travel a lot will it still work for me?

The programs are perfect for this. You can do the exercises when and where you want. You don’t need to waste time travelling to and from a gym or worry about getting dressed suitably. You also won’t have to try and find a gym when you are travelling or try to get there when it is open. Just let me know if you are travelling and you will be given exercises that can be done in your hotel room without any need for equipment.

My partner wants to do it with me, do we still need to purchase 2 programs?

As every person is a different body shape they require a program that is designed just for them. Though you may be doing some exercises that are similar, sharing your program with someone else will not give them the results they are looking for. For this reason it is best to purchase an individually tailored program each.

Do I have to cook separate food for me and my family?

No. This is not a diet but a healthy lifestyle. You will be given a plan with plenty of options for healthy delicious food that your family can eat too.

I’m a woman and I don’t want to get bulky muscles, will this program be OK for me?

You will not get bulky muscles but beautiful lean, defined muscles. It is very difficult for women to get bulky muscles even if they wanted to.

What do I do at the end of my program?

By the end of your program you will have habits set in place to keep you looking and feeling great for life, so you should be happy to go it alone. However, many of my clients particularly those that lead busy lives prefer to continue training with me on-line so that they don’t have to have another thing to plan and think about and to help keep them on track.   If you think you would like to continue with on-line training at the end of your program then I will be happy to discuss maintenance training programs with you.
