I have a fantastic animated program called Fitness Generator.  It demonstrates every exercise for you…online.  You can simply view it on-line and print it off to have by your side when training, whether at home or at the gym. Best of all you don’t have to make any decisions about the exercises.  I do it all for you, down to the type of exercises, the reps and sets and advice on the correct way to do the exercise.

You will receive personal emails from me when your programs are ready along with motivational tips, nutritional information and my personal success tips to help you keep on track.  You can email me whenever  you want with any questions or concerns you might have.  My job is to be your support person and mentor and I can tell you from my experience if you have someone on your side it makes the journey a lot easier.  Having a lean, fit, vibrant body truly changes your life.

So the only action is to either make more excuses or do something finally about getting in shape.
